We are a not-for-profit institution, and our primary goal is to serve our members with the best customer service, loan rates, and lowest fees possible.
As a not-for-profit organization, we strive to provide financial assistance to people who may not otherwise qualify for loans. We offer a wide range of financial products and services. We offer online services, but if you would like to visit us in person, we welcome you! Our main branch, located at 1290 South Donahue Drive, Auburn, is on the Tiger Transit route (College Loop Line) and stops directly in front of the branch. The lobby is open Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and loan officers are always on site.

OPEN ACCOUNT
To open an account with us, you will need to provide the following items:
- Picture ID. A driver’s license is preferred, but we can also accept your passport or other VISA document with picture.
- Student or Faculty ID.
- Proof of address if it does not match your ID. We can accept a utility bill, copy of lease, etc.
- Complete the W-8 form. Download the form here if you do not have one.
Savings
A savings account is an interest-bearing account that allows you to deposit and withdraw cash for short-term financial needs. At AUCU, our savings account offers all the services you need with favorable rates to help build a solid financial foundation. All you need is a $5 deposit to start your application.
